Even if you don’t have a smartphone, you can still get easy access to your account information via text message/email. Log in to your SouthTrust Online Banking and register. Once you provide us with your mobile phone number, you are ready to customize what alerts you want sent to you.

Manage lost or stolen cards at the touch of a button. Protect your card with our updated mobile banking app. We've updated our mobile banking app to give you greater control and security over your debit cards. To access the new card management select "More" from the main menu, then tap the new "Cards" tile. Currently, it is available for iPhone®, iPad®, and Android devices.

SouthTrust Bank has partnered up with PopMoney, the new way to pay other people directly from your Texas Regional Bank accounts.

Use PopMoney® to:

Send Money

To send money, simply sign on to SouthTrust Bank Online and go to Bill pay or sign on to the SouthTrust Bank mobile app and from Payments go to Pay Other People. Once you are enrolled, you can send money to anyone in the US with a bank account by using his or her email address or bank account information.

Your PopMoney® transaction may be completed next day or within 3 business days— we’ll notify you when the transaction is complete.

Receive Money

You’ll receive an email or text message that someone is sending you money. Sign on to SouthTrust Bank Online to enroll with PopMoney®, and set up Auto Deposit. The money will be sent to your account and deposited.
